Good book for any submissive to keep track of their own personal growth... Along with helping you and your dominant grow closer.
As a professional submissive, I found this boring dribble. Not worth the paper it's printed on.
Just useless and a waste of money. I had to look a few times to double check that a book about making a home budget was not accidentally bound with the wrong cover. I'm sorry I bought it
The "activities" presented in this book are nothing more than what any reasonably sane person does naturally in their daily life. Mr. Reilly is really scraping the bottom of the barrel to suggest personal budgeting as an activity in a book apparently aimed at a fetish demographic. The same goes for the authors views on time management (over a third of this kindle book is given over to an unreadable and inscrutable "year planner" that you are invited to fill out - on a kindle). Ditto for the section on how to provide references (thanks- I have successfully applied for a job/lease/bank loan etc. before, Shannon!) and also the section on notating your likes, dislikes and boundaries. The formatting on this ebook is particularly atrocious.Nothing but absolutle drivel, presented in such a manner that I was starkly reminded of being back at primary school.I don't know where the editorial review came from, but whoever wrote it should be punished by being made to actually read the book.

Poorly written with numerous typos. Not helpful as it is very vague and too broad.
Good read.
Don't buy this it doesn't help any sub out there there are better things online I can find then this book.
